These terms govern your use of the GenzClap website and apps. By creating an account or booking a service you agree to them.

GenzClap is a marketplace that connects customers with independent service professionals. Services are performed by those professionals; we facilitate booking, payment and support.

Prices shown at checkout include the service charge and applicable taxes. Additional work requested on site will be quoted and must be approved by you before it starts.

Slots are subject to availability. If a professional cannot be assigned, we will offer an alternative slot or a full refund.

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge until the professional is on the way. Refunds for prepaid bookings are credited to your wallet.

Please provide accurate address details, a safe working environment, and be present (or have someone present) at the booked time.

Eligible services carry a 30-day rework warranty. Raise a support ticket from the help center to claim it.
