This policy explains what personal data GenzClap collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Account details from Google sign-in (name, email and profile photo), the phone number and addresses you add, your booking history, and messages you send to support.

Basic technical data such as device type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and improve it.

To fulfil bookings, share the necessary details (name, address, slot) with the assigned professional, process payments and refunds, and send booking updates.

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep booking records as long as required for tax and legal purposes. Other data is deleted or anonymised when you delete your account.

You can update your profile and addresses at any time from the profile page, and delete your account from the same page.
